North Light Yacht Club “Message in a Bottle” Invite.
This invite was sent to about 200 realtors to invite them to see the Yacht Club and to encourage them to sell the marina’s boat slips.
If it looks like there are a lot of parts, that’s because there are! The entire invite consists of:
white boxes (purchased from uline.com)
crinkle paper (also purchased from uline.com)
glass bottles
hemp to tie the invites
the actual invites (printed in 1 clr on 80# vellum paper)
labels to seal the boxes that doubled as the addressing (the printer that we used has variable data printing capabilities)
incentive cards for the realtors (1 clr printed on white 80# cover)
It took all hands on deck to assemble the boxes, roll up and tie the invites, ration the crinkle paper and seal the boxes. If I had to do it all over again, I probably wouldn’t (unless it was for > 50 people) but it was very impressive when done. It also won a local silver ADDY in Pensacola, FL.
